Sacral Chakra Meditation
“Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states” – Carol Welch
Sacral Chakra Meditation
The sacral chakra, known as Svadhisthana, is often referred to as the “dwelling place of the self.” This energy center is associated with creativity, receptivity, passion, sensuality, and emotions.
When the sacral chakra is blocked, it can indicate a disconnection from emotions, difficulty in releasing things, and sexual issues such as feeling closed off, fertility problems, or low libido.
Lower digestive issues may also be encountered. When the sacral chakra is aligned, emotions flow freely and authentically. This alignment enables you to feel confident in sharing innovative thoughts openly. Embracing risks becomes easier, propelling you towards a harmonious state and distinctive outward expression.
In the book of revelation, this chakra is identified as the church of Smyrna and is associated with the prostate in men and the uterus in women. Immerse yourself in the depths of chakra wisdom with a visit to our dragon consciousness page here: https://theserpentsway.com/dragons-consciousness/.
5-Mintue Meditation
The term “anima” is derived from the Latin word “animus” and refers to the soul or spirit, representing one’s vital life-force energy. Psychologist Carl Jung employed this concept in his study of “the feminine side of men.”
The duality of yin and yang is used to describe this phenomenon, encompassing both the masculine side of women. Through this meditation, we will delve into and harmonize our yin and yang attributes.
For this meditation, you have the option to practice either seated or lying down. If you choose to sit, ensure that you are in a relaxed and comfortable position with a straight spine. Start by allowing your eyelids to feel heavy and focus on lengthening your breath.
Ease into your practice by observing the space at the top and bottom of each breath as it flows in and out slowly. You can place your hands above your hip bones or rest them in your lap, with your palms positioned below your navel, gently cradling your abdomen.
If you’re struggling with lower back issues, try resting your hands on your lower back with palms facing inward for a comfortable stance. Focus on your exhales and expand your breath and personal energy field beyond your physical boundaries.
Visualize creating a bubble around yourself, approximately six feet wide, with you positioned at the center. Envision the bubble’s walls as a protective shield of shimmering orange light, encircling you in a sacred and serene space. Within this space, permit the energy from your palms to flow into your body.
Breathe in slowly and deeply, allowing the air to flow through each side of your body, one at a time. As you exhale, imagine releasing your breath into the Earth through the soles of your feet. Notice any tingling or sensations of warmth, coolness, electricity, or pulsation as the energy moves through you.
Take a moment to observe and acknowledge any internal or external feelings. Stay present and centered by staying connected to your breath, avoiding any distractions. The energy you are directing towards your sacral chakra is actively working to restore balance and stability.
Embrace the power of equilibrium as you take a deep breath in. Let go of the urge to control attachments, outcomes, or time-lines as you exhale. Allow yourself to be receptive and adopt a flexible mindset with every breath out.
Set your intention to release negative thought patterns and fill your being with nurturing care for your spirit. Notice how the light within your sacral bubble grows brighter with each exhale.
Gently open your eyes if they were closed, and reacquaint yourself with the present moment. Observe the vibrant glow surrounding your sacral chakra. Take a deep breath, allowing the newfound balance to permeate your back, hips, and abdomen.
Feel the heightened energy coursing through your entire being. Express gratitude for dedicating this time to self-care, and conclude your session with a sacral mantra. If you feel inclined, jot down any emotions that surfaced during your practice, although this step is entirely up to you.
“The Kundalini passes through chakra after chakra. This is how the different states of consciousness are opened. This how the sadhaka (achiever, magician, adept, perfecting, proving) penetrates all the states of cosmic consciousness until finally acquiring the awakening of Absolute consciousness” – Samael Aun Weor
15-Minute Meditation
Engaging in ancient tribal rituals that involve water cleansing enables us to connect with our true selves. Essentially, this practice allows us to cleanse ourselves of past mistakes and release lingering regrets.
This profound form of meditation holds sacred significance while remaining accessible to anyone who navigates the waves of emotions. You can easily practice this meditation while lying down.
Ensure you are seated in a comfortable and relaxed position with your eyes closed and the lights dimmed. Begin with your palms facing up, resting gently. Focus on lengthening your breath.
Notice the space at the top and bottom of each breath as you inhale and exhale slowly. Connect with your emotions in the present moment. Set the intention to be open, responsive, and receptive to positivity. Keep clearing your mind.
Pay attention to your five senses as you inhale, allowing them to gradually fill your consciousness. Acknowledge any resistance you may encounter. Be mindful of the space within you and appreciate the positive attributes it holds, like tranquility, peace, calmness, and fluidity.
Identify any negative thoughts or emotions that arise, such as anger, sadness, or loneliness. Embrace these thoughts with a compassionate mindset, as you would for a dear friend. Consider relabeling any resistance as “helpful” once you become more comfortable with this exercise.
Identify your current emotions and then release anything you want to leave behind for the day. Now, assume the sacral mudra position. If you are lying down, place your hands on your navel; if you are sitting, rest them in your lap. Visualize a calming waterfall flowing gently.
Imagine yourself standing behind the water or walking through it. You might be lying in a stream or standing in a shower. Let the water wash over you, purifying and removing any heaviness, like dirt being rinsed away from your body.
Feel the transformative water calming your inner astral plane, bringing clarity and tranquility to your subtle body and entire physical being. Allow it to purify your sacral chakra with restorative liquidity, rejuvenating your lower back, hips, and lower abdomen.
Release any toxicity as you cleanse yourself with this healing water. Make a conscious choice to move forward with peace and clarity, leaving behind anything that no longer has a place in your life.
Pay attention to the transition this shift generates and the opportunities it uncovers for you. You can opt to dry yourself off now. Alternatively, you can remain in a state of mindfulness for a few extra moments.
Consider your current feelings, and allow yourself enough time to respond. Take note of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being before concluding your practice with a personal mantra.
“Emotion is the chief source of all becoming conscious. There can be no transforming of darkness into light and of apathy into movement without emotion” – C.G. Jung
30-Minute Meditation
Throughout this exercise, you will delve into your true self as a sovereign creator. By engaging in this meditation, you will access and ignite your highest excitement, where your inspiration thrives and expands.
Following your highest excitement in each moment (and residing in your highest vibration) will help you uncover your ultimate life path. Let this meditation guide you towards healing and ultimate fulfillment. You can practice this meditation while seated or lying down.
Rest your hands in your lap or beside you, palms facing up, as you begin. Inhale deeply, feeling your lungs expand and your breath travel down your spine, all the way to your sacrum and lower abdomen.
As you exhale, release your breath through your legs, allowing the prana, the life-force energy carried in your breath, to flow back to the Earth through the soles of your feet. Find your center through deep breathing.
Notice any resistance within you and breathe into those areas to encourage relaxation. Picture a revitalizing orange light entering your sacral region as you inhale. Let it spread through your abdomen, expanding with each exhale.
Delicately infuse every organ, individually, with the awe-inspiring radiance of orange light frequencies: the bladder, kidneys, lower back muscles, uterus and ovaries (for females), prostate and testes (for males), and the lower intestines. Inhale deeply three more times to direct your energy towards any specific areas in need of healing.
If visualizing light colors is challenging, remember that the key is the sensation rather than the specific hues. As you progress through this exercise, breathe deeply into the sacral region on both sides of your body. Observe your body’s equilibrium. How are you feeling today?
As you immerse yourself in the transformative energy of healing light, tap into the depths of your creative and expressive potential by embracing your inner creator/creatrix. Your imagination is a remarkable superpower, while inspiration ignites a spark within you and unveils the infinite possibilities that lie ahead.
With the power of your imagination, you can transcend the limitations of the physical world and embark on extraordinary journeys. Harness the power of your highest inspiration to imagine the creation you yearn for at this precise moment. Give yourself the freedom to welcome new ideas.
Envision yourself crafting a compelling vision that sparks your motivation to excel, conquer challenges, surpass limitations, or evolve into an unrestrained version of yourself. If money was not a factor, how would this influence your vision? Can you identify any limiting beliefs during this exercise?
Have you ever entertained the thought of embarking on the journey of parenthood and welcoming a baby into your life? Allow yourself to delve into the realm of imagination and envision the profound connection that will be established when this precious soul enters your existence.
Visualize the appearance, the tactile sensations, and the harmonious sounds that will accompany this little miracle. On the other hand, if you find yourself engrossed in a creative endeavor, be it art, music, or writing, what intricate details materialize in your mind’s canvas?
How does this imaginative exercise stir your emotions? Can you paint a picture of the environment in which your creative pursuit thrives? Are there any fellow collaborators or like-minded individuals involved in this process? Reflect upon what brings you the utmost satisfaction in the present moment.
Pay attention to the awakening of your sensual energy, also known as shakti or kundalini energy, as you flow with your feelings. By circling your hips a few times, you can help this energy move freely through the rest of your chakras.
This activation is a lovely result of warming up the sacral region and attuning your body to new healing frequencies. Sensuality should not be equated with sexuality. It is a natural essence or attribute that belongs to you inherently, independent of any sexual behavior or actions.
Recognize that this expression of sensuality resides within you, growing and anticipating the perfect time to manifest itself. Keep evolving your visions for the future or allow them to blossom within you as they mature, prosper, and extend. Show appreciation to yourself for being here today.
Recite your chosen sacred mantra or a newly unveiled mantra that aligns with your creative essence. Repeat your mantra three times. Your meditation session is now finished. Take a moment to reflect on how you feel now compared to when you started. If you feel compelled, write down any newfound revelations.
“In the first chakra, we learned to ground, stabilize, and focus. Now, in the second charka, our challenge is just the opposite – to let go – to flow and move, to feel, and to yield. Movement and change stimulate consciousness. They stir the watery essence of feelings that flow through the body. Through movement, we extend our field of perception, increasing our sensory input. By moving the body, we build muscle tissue, increase circulation, stimulate nerve endings, and generally enhance the body’s flexibility and aliveness. The flow of pleasure and excitation through the nervous system bathes the organism in sensation and awareness. Movement has its own pleasure” – Anodea Judith
